Alinity Divine

Alinity has been a part of a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo from California filed an unrelated civil suit seeking $250,000 in damages from Twitch. The complaint claimed that Twitch provided users with "overly provocative sexual content" by streamers who were female while using the site. According to Dexerto's court records Estavillo who previously filed lawsuits against Microsoft and Sony as well as Nintendo and Blizzard and Blizzard, filed the suit on the 15th of June, and Twitch was served with an official summons on the next day. Estavillo as per the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint filed the suit, has a myriad of medical issues that require him to depend solely on the Internet to enjoy his leisure. He is also suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD) and sexual dependence. As per the complaint, Twitch makes these issues more severe. The complaint goes on to identify a variety of streamers with females that it claims "continues to expose viewers who only want to view gamers playing games on Twitch while being exposed to addictive sexual content and material on a continuous every day." Alinity is not listed. The complaint asks for all of the above streamers to be removed permanently from Twitch for violating the terms of service. They also demand an amount of $25 million as compensation that will "be divided equally between the plaintiff, other Twitch Turbo subscribers, as well as any funds left." Alinity Alinity Alinity
